Here you can find Frequently Asked Questions

At the moment delivery is possible only in US, UK and EU. I am hoping to offer deliveries to the rest of the world very soon, too.
Please be in contact if you live outside of areas above, so I can try to find a solution for shipping elsewhere.

For prints (with or without frames) you can expect  that most times items are shipped in 5-10 business days. What comes to other items on my site,  in same cases please allow a bit longer dispatch time.
Reliable couriers are used to make sure items will arrive your home destination fast and safely. The shipping time will vary depending on the destination, but be prepared for 5-15 days.

Please note that shipping is charged per order for print only orders. Framed orders are charged shipping per frame unit:

Shipping Costs for Prints only

Shipping costs are charged per order, not per print. So, whether you order one print or more, you’ll pay the single shipping rate.

Shipping Costs for Framed Prints

Shipping costs for framed prints are charged per frame. So, if you order two framed prints, you’ll be charged two separate shipping fees.

Should your order includes both print-only and framed prints, you’ll be billed according to mix of print and framed prints shipping rates.

The shipping rates for framed prints are higher than the shipping rates for print-only artwork. This is due to framed prints are more expensive to ship, needs more packaging as it is heavier and more fragile.

Depending of the product, and the destination, shipping is calculated at checkout. I try to keep the delivery costs as low as possible, and offer some items delivery free, too.

This comes up to where you are located, but in EU, UK and US you don’t need to. Unfortunately I can’t give you the precise answer to this, if any doubt, please contact you customs authorities..

If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive the item. I am willing to help sorting things out.
Returns may be accepted, every order is made by hand just for you, so I will work returns on case by case basis.

The prints and frames are handcrafted by order, but if any item is faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact me soonest you receive your product.

Please contact immediately your courier and me and we will find the way to make things right. Take some photos of the parcel before opening it, and attach those to your email.

I have high respect for wildlife and all the images are taken keeping in mind the animals welfare. My safari providers and guides have conservation backgrounds and therefore don’t harass or disturb animals out in the bush.

I am happy to leave any sighting, if my presence makes animals feel uncomfortable.

Yes, all my prints have white borders appox 2-10 centimeters wide. The size of the borders can vary due to aspect ratio of the image.

All framed works come with a white window mount for stylish result. See image below an example of one image with A1 dimensions for both options.

In general the printed sizes are as follows. Please note, that the paper size is the measure mentioned, so the actual printed image area is a little smaller. This makes framing a lot easier and also gives  “air” to the image.

Common image sizes are :
LARGE  | 80 cm x 60 cm |  ~  33.1  in x  23.4 in

MEDIUM 60 cm x 40 cm | ~ 23.4 in x 16.5 in OR 40 cm x 50 cm |~  15.8  in x 19.7 in

SMALL  | 40 cm x 30 cm | ~ 16.5 in x 11.7 in

Frames add extra 24 mm |~1 in to the paper dimensions both W and H

If you would like to have any other size of the image, please get in touch.

The brand used for our  frames is high quality  Nielsen Quadrum.
